I will request a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. First class mail has a standard compensation of up to £34 ($68.43)for loss or damage.

I advise to take out insurance on large orders or if you are aware of any postal issues in your area.

Europe and worldwide shipping is sent via Airmail and Airsure can be added at an additional cost inclusive of insurance. If you would like your items sent via Airsure, please message me and I will give you an accurate cost and invoice you.

Please do consider taking up the insurance if you purchase several items, it brings with it peace of mind for the safe delivery of your items.

During normal periods Royal Mail states that Airmail takes between 7 - 15 days, this is really with the luck of the Gods. More than not, your package could take between 7 days to 6 weeks, especially if it is held in customs or if there have been delays with weather conditions in the UK or in your country.

Please be aware if you have not requested tracking, or insurance once the package leaves me, there is no way of me telling you why it hasn't arrived on time or where it might be at in the postal system.

If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please email or message me. Please be aware that delays can occur due to issues out of my control such as weather and postal strikes. I will try to keep you updated and informed as best I can if your package is being tracked and if there are delays, please keep me informed whether your package reaches you. I do ask that customers wait 4 weeks during normal periods and if there are delays in the postal system, to wait at least 6 weeks. This will not effect your rights.

Shipping cost includes handling & packaging. If by error shipping has been over paid I will of course refund the difference. Shipping includes packaging and handling as well as postal charges. I do not make money on shipping, I ensure that your items are gift wrapped and packaged correctly so they get to you in one piece.


If an item is received damaged, please take a picture of it and post it in a message within 24 hours of arriving. I will contact you.

Increased security measures delays some mail to the USA The US Department of Homeland Security has increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, mail entering the US from around the world, including the UK, which would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means. The latest details of the current arrangements and how we are dealing with mail can be found at:

Following further severe weather in the United States, mail services have been affected in the Central Plains and Lower Missouri Valley, through the southern Great Lakes and Northern Ohio Valley, towards New York and the North East. Locations affected include Tulsa, Kansas, Des Moines, St Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York and Boston. In the south, along the Mississippi-Alabama line, and from South-East Louisiana into West Central and South West Georgia and the Florida panhandle. The Washington DC area was not affected. The USPS international service centre’s in Chicago and New York are unable to carry out receipt or dispatch operations to or from the areas impacted.
